A condensed 6 hour version of the Hypnobubs Positive Birth Program hypnobirthing course, this is held privately in your home, online via google meet or I will occasionally host a "Not My First Rodeo" group class at Sherwood. This option suits those who are late into their pregnancy and need an 'express' version, or have given birth before.

The full 12 hour Hypnobubs Positive Birth Program hypnobirthing course held privately in your home. The same course taught in the group setting just in the comfort of your own home. This option would suit if you want to bring additional support people to learn the course. Or if you and a friend are pregnant at the same time, you could organise to host and learn together.
